Shipping policy

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday), excluding holidays.

We ship via USPS with tracking. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Address

Please verify your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or undeliverable address, you may choose to:

• Pay the cost to have the order reshipped to the correct address, or
• Receive a refund for the product cost only. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Local Pickup

Local porch pickup is available at checkout. You’ll receive an email when your order is ready for pickup.

Shipping Area

At this time, Cry Me a Glitter ships to all 50 United States, including APO/FPO/DPO military addresses. We do not currently offer international shipping.
